The Process

A focused 30‑minute consultation to assess our fit. We’ll clarify objectives, audience, pain points, and success criteria to inform a bespoke monthly package.

You receive a tailored monthly management proposal detailing scope, platforms, cadence, responsibilities, and timelines.

You sign the contract and month 1 invoice. You receive a welcome pack with access requirements, brand guidelines capture, and a kickoff checklist.

I conduct research, define content pillars and messaging, establish the posting rhythm, and capture or source assets. Month 1 is for foundations; no live posting during this phase. During month 1 you will be added to the Notion client hub where you will be able to approve calendared posts.

You review and approve the month-two calendar in one pass. I manage scheduling and publishing, monitor performance, and provide monthly insights with clear next steps.
